Shipping

Built to order:

Triune watches are built to order. All orders placed during the current drop are scheduled to ship in 8-10 weeks, expected in August, 2026. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking when your watch is dispatched.

Shipping timeline disclaimer:

Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith based on current production schedules. Triune reserves the right to adjust shipping timelines if required by manufacturing, quality control, or logistics factors beyond our control. In the event of a delay, all customers will be notified by email with an updated timeline. No order will be cancelled due to a delay without the customer's knowledge, and a full refund is available at any time before shipment if the revised timeline is not acceptable.

Delivery estimates (from date of dispatch):

United States & Canada: 8-12 business days

United Kingdom & Europe: 8-12 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 8-12 business days

Rest of world: 9-14 business days

Please note that it takes up to 2 business days to process your orders before shipping. All delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch. International orders may be subject to change.

Customs and duties:

For international orders, your shipments may be subject to custom fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or delayed packages:

If your tracking stalls or the parcel does not arrive within the expected window, email contact@triune.watch with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier and make it right.

Warranty:

Every Triune watch comes with 2 year quality warranty against any manufacturing defects.
