Returns

The window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a Triune for a full refund.

Condition

The watch must be unworn, in original packaging, with the bracelet and tags intact. Sized bracelets with removed links are still returnable — we can restore them.

How to start a return

1. Email contact@triune.watch with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send a prepaid return label within one business day.
3. Pack the watch in the original presentation box and drop the parcel at any carrier point.

Refunds

Once the watch arrives at our facility and passes inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original piece and place a new order — this is usually the fastest path to getting the watch you actually want.
